Founder & CEO

Blake Stout is a technology executive and cybersecurity leader with 30+ years in IT and two decades in executive leadership — including CIO, CTO, and CISO roles. He led the first cloud-based SaaS flood insurance platform built for FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program, and directed the secure transition of a $120 million government contract. Earlier in his career, Blake served as SVP/CTO at Marsh and co-founded Solstice Innovations.
